Don't forget a $50 late fee is assessed after the 15th. Be aware Bank Payer service takes 5-7 business days to process, so request payment on the 1st of each quarter.
Payments cannot be made at the Association office on-site.

WASTE DISPOSAL
The compactor is emptied every Thursday. The recycling trailer is emptied at the beginning of every week. There are slots on both sides of the recycling trailer.
