2023 Annual Membership Meeting Notice

Members,

The 2023 Annual Meeting of Members is scheduled for Saturday, April 29 at 9 am. The meetings will be held in the Gala Room, on the lower level, of the Wenatchee Convention Center.

Electronic Attendance

If you wish to participate in this meeting remotely, you can do so using the link in the header of the website (www.suncove.net) or by clicking the button below. The deadline to register for remote attendance is April 27th at 4 pm.

Board of Directors Elections

This year 4 director positions will be up for election. A list of members running in the election, as well as brief statements about them, is included with this notice.

Planned Voting

The planned voting items are the two 2022 Membership Meetings Minutes, the election of Directors, and the central lagoon dock design. Included with this notice is a list of the specific items up for vote, candidates for the Board of Directors, and background

information on the dock replacement design.

Non-perishable food donations for the Orondo Food Bank will be accepted before and after the meeting.
