Last Friday, while our team was looking for a water vault, we discovered these rocks dumped at the lot on 801 W. Emerson Drive. We have reached out to the lot's owner and discovered that the rocks had been dumped without their permission or knowledge.
This is a violation of the Rules and Regulations. Section 5B states: "Do not deposit grass clippings or other yard debris in any other area including but not limited to the following areas: Garbage compactor, Columbia River, vacant property, adjacent open range land."
