GOLF CART OWNERS

Parents, it's a violation of the Lake Entiat Estates Rules & Regulations for anyone without a driver's license to drive a golf cart. That includes when you're in the golf cart with them, or when they're sitting in your lap. If you are caught, it is an immediate $500 fine.

*The Lake Entiat Estates Rules & Regulations, Golf Cart Rules & Regulations section C states:

I. Vehicle Operator License. No person may operate a golf cart unless such person has a valid Washington State vehicle operator’s license.

*The Lake Entiat Estates Rules & Regulations, General Fine Schedule section 10E states:

IV. $500 immediate fine per occurrence for underage driving of any vehicle on community property
