Association staff has been informed of several instances in which both Sun Cove Rules and Covenants have been violated, as well as County/State/Federal laws. Here are some reminders for those of you that are unaware or have forgotten:

1. Motorized vehicles are prohibited on the Sun Cove trail. Wheeled vehicles of any kind are prohibited on the sections of the trail that go through PUD land and USBR land. These sections are a privilege granted to the community and can be taken away if the rules are not followed. Please note that bikes, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, etc may be walked or carried through these sections.

2. Sun Cove observes Douglas County's quiet hours, which are 10 pm - 7 am. Being loud during this timeframe is a violation of the Lake Entiat Estates Covenants (Section 1.8) and Douglas County Code. Please be respectful to your neighbors, and make sure to watch your volume.

3. Defiling/vandalizing another member's private property is another violation of Section 1.8 of the Lake Entiat Estates Covenants, not to mention that it is illegal. Please be courteous to your neighbors.
